At Integrity, we believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That's why Integrity Networking Systems offers an on-site monthly maintenance program where a trained and competent technician comes to your location monthly and performs a Net Health Check.

A Net Health Check assures you that your systems and the information they contain are protected not only from viruses and intrusion, but from hardware and software failures as well. Regularly scheduled visits identify and rectify issues before they become problems. Documented server trending helps identify server performance issues before they have an adverse impact on your business. Net Health Checks can be scheduled weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on the size of your network and your security needs. They include the following services:

Hardware updates
Microsoft Windows critical updates and patches
Disk space and fragmentation status monitored
Processor usage monitored
Redundancy of storage reviewed
Battery backup tested and logs cleared
Tape drive cleaned and test restore performed, logs cleared
User account maintenance performed
Virus software reviewed to make assure its updating and scanning properly. Quarantined files and logs cleared.
Event logs reviewed and cleared. Any events that require action are resolved immediately where possible
Configuration changes made as needed
Users or administrator queried for network problems

Onsite Monthly Maintenance customers may choose to purchase a block of hours in advance or be billed for hours worked at the end of the month. Customers buying a block of hours in advance receive a considerably lower hourly rate than customers using month-end billing. Customers that purchase block hours also benefit from priority response to urgent service requests.
